With many years of experience advising clients in the corporate and business aspects of cross-border transactions and investments, Ms. Struell established The Global Law Practice in 2013 and focuses on providing personalized legal and business advice to foreign investors in their inbound transactions in the U.S. and mid-size entrepreneurs and start-ups doing business in the U.S. and abroad. Ms. Struell also assists her clients with their real estate investment transactions in California.

The Global Law Practice, P.C. is a boutique law firm with offices in Beverly Hills, California and a correspondent office in Paris, France. We focus on representing individuals and entities in their corporate, business and real estate matters with a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions, corporate, real estate investments and tax matters.

We act as general outside counsel for mid-size businesses to work closely with the principals and management and help them navigate through a wide range of topics, assisting them when the legal issues are within our expertise and selecting qualified counsel when it is not.  We work with a wide network of attorneys and law firms located in the major business centers around the world and retain their expert services as needed for each specific matter to ensure our Clients receive the best legal advice at a reasonable cost - managing the legal team on their behalf if necessary.

We closely work with the other professionals in the team (Certified Public Accountants, Insurance and Real Estate Brokers, Immigration Attorneys, etc...) to coordinate the structuring of a transaction or new star-up, always keeping an eye on the big picture.
